Through any use (i.e. accessing, registering on or using) of the Mobile App, “You” accept and agree and give your consent, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, as well as rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to any service that is provided by the Mobile Application, VKareU. Your use of Our Application is evidence that “You” have read and agreed to be contractually bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Kindly go through the terms and conditions carefully. If “You” do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, kindly discontinue using the Application and exit the mobile App immediately.
Terms & Conditions For Users:
- “You” hereby certify that “You” are at least 18 years of age, and by using VKareU, “You” represent and warrant that “You” have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. “You” also represent and warrant to VKareU that “You” shall use this Application in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
- “You” agree that “You” shall not hold VKareU liable or make any claims against VKareU for any incompleteness, inaccuracy, inconsistency of information provided in the Mobile Application.
- “You” shall not be allowed to cancel the booking within Three (3) hours from the time of the said booking under any circumstances. If “You” cancel the booking within Three (3) hours of schedule time, then “You” shall be saddled with costs and if online payment has already been made, then “You” shall receive no refund.
- “You” agree that “You” shall make payment for the service availed either at the time of booking, through online transaction or on availing the said service, in cash.
- “You” agree that “You” shall not misbehave with any Service Provider sent by VKareU and cooperate them in discharging their duties.
- “You” agree that “You” shall not avail the service provided by VKareU in case of any ailment and diseases of any child below Nine (9) years, medico-legal cases like rape, sexual assault and any burn injury cases and if in any case, “You” book any service for the afore-stated case and the Service Provider reaches your place, then “You” shall be liable to make payment though no service shall be provided by VKareU. If payment has already been made through online transaction, no refund shall be made.
- “You” shall give genuine feedback for the Service availed and your experience and “You” shall not give any feedback or post anything in the feedback section which is malicious, defamatory, inappropriate, and slanderous or that attacks on the reputation of VKareU.
- While ordering for medicine I declare that I have valid prescription which I will produce as and when required.
- In case of urgency and if so required, the private information may be shared for the purpose of serving the user in a better manner.
- Service as booked/requested through the company (online) application will be provided to the patient or the customer will be limited to the only to the extent as has been recorded while booking and no other work will be expected from the service provider. The request for any additional service will not be accepted.
- Service provider will give service as per schedule time duration. Once the desired / booked/ ordered / requested service is provided or completed, the person concerned can leave and he should not be demanded any extra time and service in any manner whatsoever.
- The time of service and duration shall be counted from the moment the service provider reaches at the door step of the customer/ user.
- The products and services will not have any return or exchange procedure. Any demand or request for return or exchange will not be accepted under any circumstances. Further the user can not order or demand loose medicine or to supply a part of the packed product.
- The company i.e. VKareU will not responsible for any quality related issues or and adverse reaction. Any claim in this regard shall not be entertained. The company is just a connecting link but any issues between the service provider and user, the company will not be liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.
- Any legal issues and disputes shall be subjected to the Jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar and The Courts at Bhubaneswar only.
